I WON THE BATTLE WITH THE CAMERA!!!! Oh, and pictures of Natalie!

So these next few posts will be really out of order just b/c I procrastinated SO much before Natalie was born, and if I put all the other posts before pictures of her, I may have a riot on my hands...so here to meet all of our out of state/country family, is Natalie Elizabeth Hunt

Gotta have the FINAL belly pictures...The boys still think there is a baby in my belly. Skin just doesn't go back to normal fast enough.

Here she is. All 8# 19.5 inches of her. Her daddy was a good paparazzi man!
Her first bath was done right in our room. The nice thing about Metro is that after she was born, barring any illnesses or difficulties, she stayed right in the room for everything and they never had to take her away for baths or testing. She loved her bath, but...

was very upset that she had to be warmed up afterward. She just wanted to be cuddled.
Proud Papa...He still tells me that he doesn't know what he's going to do with a girl. Future suitors beware, we will be purchasing a shot gun.

Conner was the first to be able to visit Natalie b/c Kaiden is in school 4 days a week (oh yeah, those posts are coming soon hopefully). He really, really, really loves her. The first time he saw her, he tried to get her to take a matchbox car and play with him. He laughs at her and mocks her little sounds all the time. Since we've been home, he's been such a big helper...getting me diapers, burping, etc... anything he can help do, he does...it's very fun to watch.

At one point, I was kicked out of my bed...
Kaiden took a little while warming up to the fact that she was here and probably staying. At one point we asked him something like "are you excited to take her home?" to which he responded..."no, she can stay here". That was the first time he met her...from there on, though he warmed up very nicely to her. He loves it when she hiccups or yawns or sneezes, he thinks it's so funny. He gives her tentative kisses, almost like he's afraid she's going to bite him...very cute.
So there you have it. Natalie is a very content, so far happy baby. She loves to eat and has a few awake periods through out the day. So far she doesn't seem phased by any of the chaos and noise around her...which is good because it's not going away any time soon. She seems a little confused here by all the flashing of the camera...
We love miss Natalie and are so happy that she's here safe and sound. Thank you again for all the prayers and encouragment that we have been shown. It means so much to us. We have been so blessed with her, and are anxious to see how she grows and matures in the next years to come. Welcome to the world, Miss Natalie!

Great Shots! She is super cute! Is she more like kaiden in coloring? Glad the adjustment is going well!I'm sure she is changing day by day already.
