Santa, the big train, fish and cookies...

This year around Christmas, we went to see Santa at the same place we went last year. We had heard rave things about this "Santa stop" and it was wonderful last year when we went. They have a giant Christmas train, fish to look at and a nice old Santa with not a long line...Well...this year, Santa had some rough times, financially (presents are expensive, I guess). The boys were able to sit on his lap and tell him all their favorite hopes and dreams for Christmas, however for the (*sarcastic*) wonderfully low price of $39.95, we could get a picture with him, too! Last year, we were able to take our own pictures with our own camera...but we could only do that this year if we also bought the least expensive package ($39.95, gulp). So, needless to say, there is no proof of a Santa visit this year...but we did get some nice shots of the fish and trains. (We'll be finding a new "Santa Stop" next year.)

Obviously, Conner felt jipped out of a Santa picture...not very happy as you can see:)

Natalie's first visit to see Santa (and no, she did not sit on his lap...what's the point of doing that with a 3 month old if you can't take a picture... no, I'm not bitter...grrrr.)
One of the highlights of the night, the fish. They are HUGE!
And now...the cookies. This was the first year we did Christmas cookies with the boys. Kaiden was very precise on his decorating, but Conner just wanted to get frosting on the cookies as fast as he could so he could taste-test them...It was fun.

Kaiden and his "cheesy-grins"...gotta love it!
