O.K. So I'm wondering where to pick up after my last update in the blog...I thank everyone for their prayers and supportive words, and wonder again how someone without the support network that Ken and I have, and the God that we have, can ever go through something unimaginable once, let alone twice and still have hope for things to come. But such is life, and trials come and go, and we will continue to heal through your continued support and prayers, and through God's grace.

So if you haven't heard, yet... Our little one was taken from this world on Tuesday. We went to hear the heartbeat for the first time, we had an ultrasound at 8 weeks to determine the age of the baby and everything looked fine at that point. But this appointment, she didn't get a heartbeat on the doppler, so she did an ultrasound at the office, and still wasn't sure, so sent us to the hospital to have another, and the tech could not pick anything up. So then 1/2 hr later we were having a D&C done. We did send out some samples to have tested, just in case something is genetic/hereditary and could explain things, and even for the boys' sake...so they know in the future, and we'll find out the results in a few weeks. I am aware that we may never know, and they might not be able to find anything, but being human, you aways strive for answers...so maybe God is showing us that there aren't always answers to things, and we just have to trust that he knows the answers when we can't find one.
Thanks again for prayers...they are continually needed and appreciated as we continue to heal.
